Friday, January 1, 2010 HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone. Its 2010 from now onwards. Hope it will be a smooth year for everyone. Just came back from countdown @ marina. Really tired. I am only left with 4 hours to sleep before I got to wake up and go to cousin’s house. This is really going to be tough on me. Pictures will be uploaded soon. But not here because it will take me forever to upload it. I have plenty of it. Anyway, I will still talk abit about today here. Simply in the afternoon, about 3 plus, I went to meet my boss for a short meeting and return him the sales kit. After that took mrt to outram and changed to city hall to meet babe. With the plan to take a ride at Singapore flyer, me and babe thought we can actually reach there from marina bay mrt station. But we only notice we got the wrong way when I asked michelle and yu ting. So we went back to city hall and walked to take shuttle bus instead. The worse thing is, we waited so long for the bus and we have to pay $2 for a 2 way trip. It’s definitely a shuttle bus and we got to pay for it. So why is it call shuttle bus? Bullshit man. All out to cheat money only. This is the bus we took.   Reached Singapore flyer at about 6pm. Bought our tickets and board the flyer. Took a lot of photos once we reached there. This is the first time we both took flyer. So a bit of retarded when we went there. So pardon us for the pictures. Hehe. Babe was wondering why she was so stupid to suggest on riding the flyer. Because…. She is scared of height… When we were on top, her face changed totally. Legs were nibbled. It took about 30 mins for us to get out of the flyer and then we took the bus back to where we took the bus. Same bus and uncle again. So suay. We almost cant get up the bus because too many people. But too bad, as a typical Singaporean, I have my way. Met hui hui after the ride and den walked over to suntec to meet yu ting and Darryl. Had kfc as dinner and den went to look for slippers for hui hui because her slippers spoiled at the right time, we had nothing to do so it acted as a aim for us to follow. After she bought her slippers, went to 7 eleven to buy some drinks and tibits before we settle ourselves outside marina square to welcome the arrival of 2010. When we were there, there were quite a number of people there already. So we found ourselves some space and sat down. Play games and chatted. About 10 plus michelle and her boyfriend joined us. Still, sitting there till 11.50. People started to give wrong signals that it already reached 12. But we weren’t that stupid to join them though. At about 11.59pm, our cameras were out, waiting for the fireworks to pop out. When it did, our job is to start taking picture and recording as much as we could. Not long later, everything ended and we headed to take the mrt. There were so many people, crowded like hell. And it was so stuffy and dangerous when we were on the way to the mrt station. Everybody squeezing and pushing. Anyway can fall and something could have happened to them. Though there were a lot of police but the scene was still too messy. Tried to push our way in to the platform and finally got into the mrt and headed home. That’s all. Tried to cut it short and sweet. Still feel bad that I never send babe home.
